I had an amazing stay at a well-located hostel just a few minutes away from the heart of Krakow. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom that made my stay more convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The staff, especially the young woman at reception, was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Despite a minor delay in cleaning the room upon arrival, everything was quickly taken care of. I highly recommend this hostel for its value for money, convenient location, and pleasant atmosphere.

Comfortable basic rooms with functioning hot water and heating. Clean and in a good location, with parking nearby. Well-equipped and clean kitchen with free tea and coffee.
Not close to train stations, but public transport is easily accessible. Some minor issues with the flat pillow, toilet brush, and limited socket location in the room.

We definitely got great value for our money at Retro. The room was exactly what we expected from a hostel and the view of the Vistula river and Wawel Castle was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Wawel Castle and the old town. Plus, the staff, especially a friendly and helpful young lady at reception, made our stay even more enjoyable.
As for food for breakfast, it would be great to have a bit more variety.

The location was great, only a short distance from the famous Main Market Square. It was convenient for me to explore the city. The hostel also offered helpful services like a tour desk, which made my stay easier.
Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of WiFi that was available in all areas. I mean, who needs to escape from technology while on vacation, right?
